Shipping

  • Each piece is hand made therefore it can take up to 14 day to create an item.

  • we believe that packaging is an important part of the experience. therefore each piece will arrive in a lovely box ready for gifting.

  • Shipping is free unless otherwise specified. Depending on the price of the piece it may need a signature from an adult upon arrival. so, if neccessary, please ensure you provide a shipping address where an adult will be present to sign for your package.

  • we do not currently ship internationally.

Returns & Exchange

  • We accept pre-approved returns of unworn jewelry for refund or exchange within 7 days of fulfillment, or within 14 days for store credit.

  • Return must include all original boxes

  • We are unable to accept or process returns for custom orders

  • We reserve the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn, or altered.

  • Please note that returns may take up to 14 business days to process and exchanges may take up to 4 weeks depending on item availability.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and we highly recommend that you insure your package-we are not responsible for items that get lost in the mail.

  • we do not repair necklace chains, other than the handford chains that we make.
